AS WE ALL KNOW THAT MOST OF  TODAYS GENERATION DON'T HAVE A PERFECT ROUTINE AND 

                                THAT'S WHY THEY CAN'T BE FOUCUSED ON THERE WORK SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR LET'S CHECKNIGHT ROUTINE...

LETS START ;


HOW TO SLEEP EARLY 

THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO CANT ABLE TO SLEEP EARLY AND EVEN BINGE ON NETFLIX WHOLLE NIGHT ! 

                                    THE THING IS WE DON'T EVEN GET TO KNOW SLEEPING NOT ON TIME CAN MAKE YOU AND YOUR BRAIN FEEL SICK WHOLE NEXT DAY SO SLEEPING ON TIME IS REALLY NEEDED ,

SO I HAVE SOME TRICK TO SLEEP EARLY :

THE TRICKS ARE :

1. WAKE UP EARLY AROUND 6 TO 7 AM

2. WORK WHOLE DAY WITH FULL ENERGY 

3. BE PRODUCTIVE ( IF YOU WANNA CHECK HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE CHECK MY LAST BLOG I HAVE UPLOADED)

4. DONT BINGE AT NIGHT 

5. LYE DOWN ON BED AT 10:30 ( SO YOU CAN SLEEP AND YA DONT CHECK YOUR PHONE ) 








SO NOW , 

PERFECT NIGHT ROUTINE :


TEN THINGS YOU WANT TO DO BEFORE GOING TO BED :

1. FRESH UP , WASH FACE ( 9:10 - 9: 30 )   

2. UNPLUG YOUR PHONE , SET ALARM

3. FILL YOUR JOUNAL 

4. MAKE TO DO FOR NEXT DAY 

5. LISTEN SOOTH MUSIC 

6. DO SOME NIGHT EXERCISE 

7. DONT EAT OR DRINK 1 HOUR BEFORE GOING TO BED 

8.  DIM THE LIGHTS 

9. LYE ON BED AND GOOD NIGHT
